Exhibition management encompasses preparation, organization and supervision for a trade fair and trade exhibition to meet the specific needs of customers. Satu MICE is experienced in planning and implementing publicity programs, not only for the conference itself, but also its related exhibitions and displays.

 Sponsorship

Knowing how sponsorships play an important role in making the event or promotion successful, Satu MICE service includes identifying and organizing sponsors. We prepare the proposal and manage all the requirements, including internal and external signage as well as promotional accessories.

Administration

Administration includes the provision of a fully equipped secretariat, computerized registration, mailing list facilities, event insurance and interpretation services. Our experience and competence enable us to cover all aspects of on-site management: briefing and training of on-site staff, attendance at production meetings, delivery of conference documentation and transportation services, including customs clearance.
